This self-paced course, Self-Care for Busy Parents, is designed to help you prioritise your wellbeing while balancing the demands of parenthood. Through practical strategies, expert guidance, and actionable tools, you will learn how to integrate self-care into your daily routine without guilt. By the end of this course, you will have a customised self-care plan that fits your lifestyle, boosts your energy, and helps you show up as your best self - for yourself and your family.


Time Commitment

The entire course takes approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes to complete, excluding reflection time. To stay consistent, I encourage you to spend just 10–15 minutes a day on the course. The key? Make it easy and anchor it to an existing habit.

Once you complete the course, you will already have carved out a pocket of time for yourself - one that you can continue using to recharge and stay focused throughout the day.
